I purchased a bracelet that had to be custom fitted so obviously I sent my exact measurements it's only common sense you need to make a least 1/2 a inch bigger so it can fit extremely poor business ethics didn't even make a effort to resolve this issue could of said I will make one that fits or ill give you a full refund I will never purchase from this seller ever again be careful you will loose your money can't trust this business
